We at BP Industrial Manufacture Styrofoam Chaplets or Core Supports for the Ferrous Foundries, Aluminum Foundries and many Casting operations.
Foam chaplets are an economical alternative to aluminum and metal chaplets.
We offer a variety of standard and custom sizes.
They are available in loose pieces without adhesive or on 12" squares with self adhesive pads. We can custom color your chaplets for customers who use numerous sizes for identification.
Thicknesses come in standard sizes or we can make custom thicknesses to your needs.The widths that are available are 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", and 5/8"
Minimum orders are 5000 Chaplets.
